Fashion illustration is both comprehended and communicated differently from one illustrator to another.  Some go the abstract route, others focus on the digital artistry of  it all, and some make sketches that are so familiar the composition draws you in and for a moment you feel like the outline of the girl and the artist behind the work are your best friends.  Meet Laura Louisa, a Cheshire based illustrator whose specialty currently lies in commissioned portraits.

Louisa’s portraits are friendly and approachable, predominately executed in a single color.  Each with a mere hint of fashion, yet enough to give viewers a taste of the subjects overall style.
